We will start off with a slow ascent of the Mesa Trail (1.7mi Green), connect to the Greenlee Trail (0.7mi Green) and ride down Quarry Pass (0.3mi Blue) that will take us to the Red Rock Quarry. We will take a minute here to explore this historic site. From here we head up Red Rock Canyon Trail (1mi Green) to Landfill Road (0.7mi Green), 26th Street Trail (0.9mi Green)and finally Hogback Valley Trail (1.7mi Green) back to the parking lot for a total of approx. 7 miles.
Directions
From I-25 travel 3.4 miles westbound on Highway 24 toward Manitou Springs. Turn left or south on Ridge Road, then take your first left into the round-about. Take a right at the stop sign for the first parking lot or go straight to a second lot. There are two parking areas on the right side of W. High Street, we will be located in the first one on the right as you enter the park.
