After any of our guided e bike tours we recommend stoping at BeirWerks. Serving primarily German style lagers and ales along with a few hoppy brews, BierWerks has been a local hangout since 2010. BierWerks also serves Colorado made sausage, Wisconsin cheese, warm pretzels and salami and cheese platters year-round.
The gastro pub now features a delicious menu with items such as crab, shrimp, and avocado melt, pulled pork mac and cheese, and a kimchi Rueben. They offer new specials every week, and “burger night” on a regular basis.
