We require all e-bike rental participants to be at least 16 years old and riding with a parent or guardian responsible for the safety of both riders.

Guided Tours: Begin and end at the trailhead for each trail location. Emails will be sent out with confirmation and directions to the trailhead at least 2-days prior to your tour. We bring the bike and gear to you along with bottled water and snacks for all riders. We escort you along the route and provide opportunities to relax and take adventure photos with the group.

• Guide gratuity (industry recommendation is 10-15% of trip cost)

Yes, there is a required Accidental Damage Waiver (Security Deposit) charged per e-bike.

Any damage repair costs, or loss of rental revenue, to your e-bike in excess of the rental amount and security deposit is covered by the damage waiver program.

In the event of a disabled e-bike, Colorado E-MTB Tours will do our best to assist you; however, it is your responsibility to safely return your e-bike to the location it was checked-out to you. Our e-bikes are very reliable if operated safely.

Colorado E-MTB Tours will charge a Security Deposit if the e-bike is damaged at the time of return. All customers will be required to have a credit/debit card on file before the rental or tour begins. Security deposits are $500 per rental e-bike. Security deposits may be charged in advanced for some customers at the time of rental.

A repair estimate will be emailed to you within a week. If the repair cost is less than $500, Colorado E-MTB Tours will refund you the difference. If the cost is more than $500, our Accidental Damage Waiver protection program will pay the balance of the repairs. This protection is a benefit to you for serious damages.

Colorado eMTB Tours runs trips rain or shine, however we will determine the safety of all our tours and reserve the right to alter tours based on weather and terrain conditions.

Cleaning Fee: $20 per bike when returned with excessive mud splashed on bike.

Late Fee: $50 per bike for every 30 minutes up to another half-day rental. 

72 Hour Cancellation Policy

If you book and cancel 72 hours before your scheduled booking we will issue a full refund.
